Elections were held at the December meeting and I’m happy to present the 2009 GainesvilleSORBA board of officers:

Treasurer: Norma Rainwater

I’d like to thank them for serving and look forward to 2009 and all of the fun and challenges that it brings. Please give them your support as they look to each of us for our help in moving forward in the coming year!

I’d like to say that the past two years as president have been fun and challenging. Thank you to all of you for providing your support for me and the entire 2007-2008 officers! We have a lot to show for our efforts with miles of new trail, a new website, and new signs for the Chicopee Woods trail system. Let’s step up when called upon by our new board and make 2009 even better!

Thanks to George Sellis we have a video of the Chicopee Trails. This one about half the size of the one he posted before. It’s about 138mb. I also compressed it a little further to about 66.5mb as a Quicktime movie.
